Prior to founding the financial advisory company that bears his name, Bill Cochran served in key financial executive positions in manufacturing, service, and wholesale distribution sectors, as well as, an initial career position with a Big 4 public accounting firm. He served as Vice President of Finance/CFO for several regionally-based Cincinnati companies including; R&L Carriers, Inc., Multi-Color Corporation, Inc., and AluChem, Inc. He also served as Vice President/Corporate Controller of Decorative Concepts, Inc., a Milford, Ohio wholesale distributor, and has held numerous financial, controlling, and auditing positions with Owens-Corning Fiberglas, Libbey-Owens-Ford, Co., and Deloitte.
Bill possesses a solid background in financial management with an expertise of cash management in highly leveraged environments, debt restructuring business plan development, loan covenant development and administration, and turnaround strategies. He also possesses excellent knowledge in banking relations, financial department reengineering, management reporting, and budgeting and forecasting with an emphasis on cash flow maximization.
